Bite-size squares of salmon with roasted potatoes (4 portions)
A recipe that you certainly must try. Children love this dish so much, it will become a favorite.
It is a nutritious and healthy meal.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 kilo of Chilean salmon
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- 250 grams of flour
- 250 cc of beer
- Canola or sunflower oil for frying
- Lemon juice or lemon when serving.

PREPARATION
Cut the salmon into large cubes of 5 cm and salt to taste.
Cover them in the flour and then sift the remaining flour for use later on.
In a bowl mix eggs, leftover flour and beer. Add the salt and pepper.
Dip the fish in the batter and fry them in very hot oil for a couple of minutes, until it is golden brown.
Remove with a strainer and dry them on absorbent paper.
Serve immediately, with a drop of lemon juice and sautéed potatoes.
To accompany them with the potatoes, wash and dice 4 to 5 potatoes, add salt and sauté them in butter or olive oil, with herbs such as tarragon or rosemary.
