A classic dish which children will love (as well as the adults). The burgers are both healthy and very tasty.
- 500 grams of Chilean salmon fillet, skinless
- 250 grams of soda crackers
- 1/2 chopped red pepper
- 1 ground onion
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Grind the crackers and set aside.
Grind the salmon in a processor and combine the chopped red pepper, onion, parsley, mayonnaise, and egg. Mix well; add lemon juice and half of the ground crackers. Salt and pepper to taste
Refrigerate the mix for 30 minutes.
Remove from the refrigerator and mold medium-sized hamburgers and cover them on both sides with the rest of the soda crackers.
Grease a baking sheet, and cook at 200 ° C for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Serve immediately with salad or as a sandwich
Note: these hamburgers can be cooked in the oven or grilled.
