Oriental style salmon medallion steaks (6 portions)
A sophisticated dish, delicate and easy to prepare to celebrate any special day

- 1 Chilean salmon fillet, about 1 kg.
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup of lemon juice
- A teaspoon tip of wasabi powder
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 2 cups of prepared wild rice to accompany the dish

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, and wasabi.
Place the salmon fillet, skin side down, in a refractory dish and cover it with the soy marinade.
Cover the dish with foil or plastic
Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
Remove from the refrigerator, take away the plastic or foil and completely cover the fillet with sesame seeds.
Pre-heat the oven to 200 ° C and cook the salmon for 25 minutes until it is juicy.
Remove and serve immediately accompanied by freshly prepared wild rice.
